  • 1990-04-23: US Patent 5,003,186 is filed: Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming
    • "A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions."
  • 1991: "In 1991, Hughes Aircraft Company obtained patent US5003186, a method for seeding the greenhouse gas layer with tiny particles which include "oxides of metal , e.g., aluminum oxide." The patent states that one proposed solution to global warming was "to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude....." +
  • 1996: The 1996 Air Force document titled Weather as a Force Multiplier, declares, "In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy...." +
  • 1997: "But in late 1997, Aubuchont started observing thicker 'trails extending from horizon to horizon. A seven-page summary of this pesticide's extreme toxicity notes that EDB may also damage the reproductive system. According to the EPA, "Exposure can irritate the lungs, repeated exposure may cause bronchitis, development of cough, and shortness of breath. It will damage the liver and kidneys"."
  • 2005-08-23: Chemtrails Out Of The Closet? +
    • Canadian Action Party Leader, Connie Fogal, condemns the use of aerial spraying of aluminum and barium and whatever else in the sky for weather modification purposes and or whatever other undisclosed purposes. She says, "This is a serious health issue fraut with untold and unknown effects on all life forms. That our government and Parliamentarians have refused to admit the occurrence of chemtrails or to inform citizens on this potentially life threatening experimentation is another example of their refusal to exercise our sovereignty, and the abrogation of their duty to the citizenry."
