911 Petition to the United Nations Resolution to the United Nations General Assembly for an "Independent International September 11th Truth Commission"

Formerly an American Building Maintenance employee for 20-years, William Rodriguez, was responsible for inspection and maintenance at the World Trade Center. He held the master key for the stairs and was the last person to leave the building on 9/11, credited with saving many lives. He led firefighters up the stairwell, unlocking doors as they ascended, aided in the successful evacuation of unknown hundreds of those who survived. Mr. Rodriguez received a National Hero Award from the Senate of Puerto Rico and organized the Hispanic Victims Group.

Many people including Mr. Rodriguez are extremely unsatisfied with the role of the Bush Administration concerning the 9-11 disaster. The explanation offered by officials appears to be more in the nature of a cover-up, belated criticism of the US Government by the 9/11 Commission notwithstanding.

Seeking to vindicate the public interest in this matter Mr. Rodriguez, filed a Civil RICO lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pensylvania, Civil Action No. 04 cv 4952, Oct 24, 2004, against George W. Bush, Richard B. Cheney, Donald H. Rumsfeld and others, including a total of 100 defendants. The suit alleges that the defendants were complicit in the 9-11 attacks, and either planned the attacks, or had foreknowledge of the attacks and permitted them to succeed. See Rodriguez v. Bush, et al.. Mr. Rodrguez is represented in his law suit by Attorney Philip J. Berg, former deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania. (Note: We are informed that because of procedural conflicts the case was subsequently transferred to the US District Court for the District of Columbia).

Attorney Berg has now proposed a 911 Petition to the United Nations, which calls for a Resolution to the United Nations General Assembly for an "Independent International September 11th Truth Commission"! Anyone anywhere may subscribe to the 911 Petition.
